Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. It must also have the hangtags still attached to the garment. Please note that refunds are not available; however, you can initiate an exchange.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team at info@macholk.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. Please note that delivery charges for exchanges will be at your expense unless the product is faulty or sent to the wrong address.


Damaged or Defective Items

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or assist with an exchange, depending on product availability.


Return Shipping
